  高低溫(wen)(wen)冷(leng)熱一體(ti)機(ji)(ji)制冷(leng)工藝流(liu)程(cheng)簡介(jie)如下(xia)機(ji)(ji)組蒸發器里面的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)態(tai)制冷(leng)劑經過(guo)(guo)(guo)換熱器系統(tong)內的(de)(de)循(xun)環水進(jin)行交(jiao)換,溫(wen)(wen)度升高,由(you)液(ye)(ye)態(tai)變為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)態(tai),被壓縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸氣(qi)口吸入,經過(guo)(guo)(guo)壓縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)壓縮(suo)(suo)后的(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)高壓制冷(leng)劑氣(qi)體(ti)先經過(guo)(guo)(guo)油(you)分離器,將壓縮(suo)(suo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中攜帶的(de)(de)冷(leng)凍機(ji)(ji)油(you)分離干凈,而后進(jin)入冷(leng)凝器,經過(guo)(guo)(guo)與環境空(kong)氣(qi)或冷(leng)卻水換熱,由(you)高溫(wen)(wen)高壓的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)變為(wei)(wei)高壓常溫(wen)(wen)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)。高壓常溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)制冷(leng)劑液(ye)(ye)體(ti),經干燥過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾器,而后經過(guo)(guo)(guo)膨脹閥節流(liu)降壓,即(ji)由(you)高壓液(ye)(ye)體(ti)變為(wei)(wei)低壓液(ye)(ye)體(ti)。低壓液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(沸點較低)進(jin)入機(ji)(ji)組蒸發器,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)循(xun)環泵(beng)把(ba)冷(leng)量帶到循(xun)環系統(tong)實現制冷(leng)。
